Mitch has worked with my family on our house sale in Richmond, and later on our home purchase and recent sale of our property in ElCerrito. When it came time to sell, Mitch stepped up to meet the challenge! He acted as consultant and designer on the remodels, and organized all pre-sale prep. He always shared a list of qualified and reasonable companies to do the work. In the sale Mitch accomplished the goal of preparing the house for a buyer suited for the neighborhood and property. Both sales were well above asking and above our expectations. Now that I’ve moved out of state, I’ve become aware that not all agents have the same tireless work ethic as Mitch.
Mitch is extremely personable and was diligent during the sale of my house. He kept me up to date at all times on all of his activities to promote my home, as well as what was going on with home sales in the surrounding area. Even though the sale took longer that initially anticipated (primarily due to rising interest rates), my experience with Mitch was positive and I would highly recommend him as an agent.

I came form NYC and didn't know much about the real estate market in CA.
